The yoke carries the whole of the work: honeycomb in ivory pearl, gold sequin and mustard bead, with a single bee settled near the collar. Under it, plain butter-yellow cotton — a small collar with a keyhole slit, elbow-length puffed sleeves buttoned at the cuff, pockets in the side seams, and a hem that falls straight to mid-calf.
