These terms apply when you order from Keysh, operated from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Placing an order means you accept them.
Everything is made to order
We hold no stock. Each piece is cut and hand-embroidered after you order it and dispatched in 10–14 days. Because the work is done by hand, small variations in embroidery, placement and shade are inherent to the product and are not defects — they are why it looks the way it does.
Orders and acceptance
An order becomes binding when we confirm it with you. We confirm every order personally before beginning work, and may decline one — for example if a fabric has run out or an address is undeliverable — in which case you are refunded in full.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and shown inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is taken in full before work begins. If a price is listed in error we will tell you before charging you and you may cancel.
Sizing
Every piece is available in every size. Our size guide is indicative; because garments are made individually, measurements may vary slightly. If you are between sizes, message us before ordering and we will make it to your measurements at no extra cost.
Delivery
We ship across India. Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery dates are estimates; if hand work will take longer than promised we will tell you before the date passes, and you may cancel for a full refund. See shipping.

Care and wear
Hand-embellished garments need gentle care. Follow the care label; we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by machine washing, bleaching or ironing over embroidery and embellishment.
Intellectual property
Our designs, embroidery artwork, photographs and site content belong to Keysh. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai having jurisdiction.
