Made after you order. Here’s what that means.
Made to order for you · dispatched in 10–14 days. Because nothing is pre-made, our policies work a little differently from a warehouse brand’s — here they are, plainly.
Making your piece
Each piece is cut, sewn and hand-embellished after your order is placed, then dispatched in 10–14 days. Hand work doesn’t rush well — if anything looks like it will take longer, we’ll tell you before it does, not after.
Shipping
We ship anywhere in India, and delivery is included in the price you see — there is no separate shipping charge at checkout. Your piece leaves our Mumbai studio 10–14 days after you order.
Payment
Payment is taken in full when you place the order, through Razorpay — UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. Your piece goes into making once that payment is confirmed, which is what lets us start cutting the same week rather than after a round of messages.
Returns
Made-to-order pieces are not returnable — each one is made for you and only you, which is exactly why we can offer every size. The exceptions: a manufacturing defect, or a sizing error on our part. In either case we’ll make it right.
Defect claims: message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll take it from there.
Size exchanges
If the size isn’t right, message us — exchanges for size are handled case-by-case, and we’d rather fix it than have a piece you don’t wear.
