Under a plain powder blue blazer, the V-neck top is worked over in shells, starfish and coral — cream, gold and rust thread on pale blue cotton. Braided cream cords and small tassels hang from the blazer's lapels; the sleeves turn back at the cuff. All of it cotton. Take the set with shorts, with pants, or with both.
